“We were not sure about selling and if so, do we remodel before hand or use a realtor. We decided to contacted Brett to come out and give us some ideas of how his company works. The next day Tyler came over and took a look my parent’s house and got all of the info we needed. He also was super knowledgeable and answered all the questions my family and I had. It was a very reasonable offer considering all of the work we would have to do in order to get the house ready for the market and home inspections.
